Sharing Dashboards Between Workspaces

By default, data is not shared between workspaces. However, there are instances when it becomes necessary to share certain portions of data.

You have two ways to share data between workspaces: sharing datasets and sharing dashboards.

• Sharing datasets: This is recommended when you need to create unique data processing and dashboards within the workspace.
• Sharing dashboards: This is ideal when you have multiple clients and want to use the same dashboard template. It is easier to duplicate a dashboard for each client and share it into their respective workspaces.

To share a dashboard:

1. Open Workspaces
2. Click the "Share Data" button
3. Open the "Dashboards" tab
4. Select a dashboard
5. Click "Share"
