Gorgias tickets with Spam/Deleted/Auto-Close statuses
You might notice a difference between Conduit and Gorgias' Dashboard.
- Conduit shows tickets that have been deleted or marked as spam.
- Gorgias Dashboard does not take this tickets into account in its statistics.
To solve this problem we need to use a workflow:
Conduit have two columns: IS_SPAM and IS_DELETED. If you filter the data by these fields, the discrepancy will disappear.
To remove SPAM, DELETED, and auto-close tickets from the dataset, I created a workflow:
You should run this workflow instead of the Import UI.
