Our product integrates with 500 B2B SaaS applications, including Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Quickbooks, Zendesk, Stripe and 500+ other systems, as well as various databases and APIs.
This allows you to automatically update your spreadsheets and dashboards with live data.
Depending on your need to modify the data before writing it to the spreadsheet, we provide two tools: Imports and Workflows.
Imports
- Start by selecting the application you want to use.
- Click on the "Import" button.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate one. Then, choose the table you want to import.
- If necessary, wait for the first portion of data to load.
- Open the spreadsheet where you want to send the data.
- Ensure the spreadsheet allows data editing. Alternatively, you can permit our application 1. to write to your Google Drive.
- Copy the spreadsheet URL and paste it into the designated field.
- Click on the "Import" button.
- Everything is now ready.
- You can automate this process by setting up a schedule.
Workflows
If you need to change data dimensions, use workflows.
- Create a new workflow.
- Add a block for loading data.
- Add a block for changing dimensions, such as keeping only the campaign name and 1. advertising costs.
- Ensure the data meets your requirements.
- Indicate the destination for writing the data.
- Launch the workflow.
- Your spreadsheet is ready.
