Delivery of Reports and Dashboards to Clients

close

You can provide the client with a dashboard URL. In this scenario:

  • Accessing data via URL does not require an account or authentication.
  • The client can change filters but cannot edit the report.
  • To ask questions via AI, a separate chatbot must be created and accessed via URL.

This method works similarly to sharing via URL, but you need to embed the dashboard on your own website and manage access control there.

The iframe code for embedding can be found below the Share via URL link.

In this scenario, the client must have an account and be authenticated to access the reports. You can grant clients the ability to:

  • Change report settings
  • Connect additional data sources
  • Ask questions about the data using AI

Clients can also invite coworkers to view the dashboard.

You can create a text version of the report and send it via email to the client. This requires using Workflows that run according to a schedule.
