Default Time Range for Downloading Data is 90 days

By default, the time range for downloading data is set to 90 days. This is to ensure efficiency, as downloading all data from the creation of an account, especially for clients with thousands of business accounts, could take hours or even days.

However, you can extend the time range up to 4 years using our Connections UI:
