Deduplication of records

Imagine your WebHook integration or Spreadsheet contains duplicate records. For instance, every time someone submits a registration form on a website, a webhook triggers and creates a record in Conduit. However, visitors can submit the form multiple times, resulting in duplicate entries.

To eliminate duplicates, you can set up a Workflow and use the cleaned dataset in the dashboard and AI.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Create a Workflow and select the source of the raw data.
2. Add the Deduplicate building block.
3. Choose a unique field to identify duplicates.
4. Define the criteria for keeping the correct record.
5. Note the name of the generated report.
6. Open the dashboard and select the Workflow as the data source.
7. Specify the report name from which the data will be pulled.
