Deduplication of records
Imagine your WebHook integration or Spreadsheet contains duplicate records. For instance, every time someone submits a registration form on a website, a webhook triggers and creates a record in Conduit. However, visitors can submit the form multiple times, resulting in duplicate entries.
To eliminate duplicates, you can set up a Workflow and use the cleaned dataset in the dashboard and AI.
Step-by-step guide:
- Create a Workflow and select the source of the raw data.
- Add the Deduplicate building block.
- Choose a unique field to identify duplicates.
- Define the criteria for keeping the correct record.
- Note the name of the generated report.
- Open the dashboard and select the Workflow as the data source.
- Specify the report name from which the data will be pulled.
