Ask AI (about dataset)

You can ask AI questions using two main approaches:

1. Pose a question about the content of a specific cell in each row of the dataset.
2. Ask a question concerning the dataset as a whole.

To inquire about the dataset as a whole, use the "Ask AI (about dataset)" building block.

Use Cases

Get Answers

If you'd like to receive a textual AI response use the "Extract text from an AI-generated response" option. It’s also recommended to use the Generalist mode in this case.

Data Transformations

In addition to asking questions, you can also transform the dataset itself. For instance, you could create an instruction: "create a new column named "A" and populate it with zeros".

To accomplish this, use the "Extract data from an AI-generated response" option, which requires the Data Analyst mode.
