An AI Notebook is a collection of AI chats. Within each notebook, you have the ability to create a single AI chatbot.

AI Chat Collection

Rather than maintaining separate chat lists for various topics, it's more efficient to organize chats that use the same data sources within a single notebook. When you start a new chat, it automatically inherits the settings of the previous one, including the connected data sources.

AI Chatbots

Each notebook can host one chatbot. The key difference between a chatbot and a shared chat is visibility:

• in a shared chat, all users can see the conversation
• in a chatbot, each user has their own private chat session. This means users only see their individual questions and answers.
