Workspaces and Subaccounts

  • Workspace is a separate account for your client under your management. More Details
  • Sub-account is the same as workspace.

Upon logging in, you will be directed to your master account, where you have the ability to create Workspaces.

  1. Create a Workspace in Workspace UI

  1. You can login into a workspace as an owner:

  2. You can also quickly switch between your master account and Workspaces using a shortcut.

  1. You have the option to set a workspace to read-only mode.

You can configure both global settings and specific settings for each individual workspace.

  1. Self-service pages

You can automate workspace and user management tasks using self-service pages:

  • A self-service page that creates a new workspace and adds users to it.
  • A self-service page for existing workspaces, allowing users to create their own logins without requiring your manual intervention.

Integrations, Custom Integrations, and Connections

  1. An integration refers to our product's ability to read or write data from various sources such as a SaaS application, a database, or a spreadsheet. For example, the "Google Analytics" integration.

  3. A connection is a specific integration with a single data source, typically linked to an account within a SaaS application. For instance, your website property in Google Analytics.
  4. You can invite your client to connect their systems in a self-service manner, without needing to log in to Conduit.

  5. You can connect a data source to your Master account and then share it, either fully or partially, with a workspace.

Dashboards

  1. Create a dashboard (more info)

  2. Share a dashboard with your client as a URL

    The client can open the URL in their browser to access the dashboard.

  3. Alternatively, you can create a dashboard within the client's workspace.

  4. Or, share a dashboard from the master account to a workspace. More Info

  5. Create a dashboard template

Any dashboard can be turned into a template. To do this, select the "Copy Dashboard" option from the three-dot menu.

Afterward, you'll need to assign new data sources for the widgets. More Info

  1. Disable a dashboard

If you need to temporarily restrict access, you can choose the "Disable dashboard" option from the dashboard menu.

White label

You can personalize logos, colors, domains, and product names for users within the Workspace. More Details
